Delete your account

You can delete your Rent Right account in the app or on the website. Deleting the account erases your profile, your records, your files, your reminders, your chats, and your landlord communications. A home you share with another member stays for that person. Export your evidence packet first if you want a copy.

1. Sign in at app.rentrightportal.com.
2. Open Menu, then Settings.
3. Choose Export evidence packet if you want a copy of your records.
4. Read the warning, type DELETE, and choose Delete account.

On iPhone or Android, use the same path: Menu, then Settings, then Delete account.

Puede eliminar la cuenta en la aplicación o en el sitio. Eliminarla borra su perfil, sus registros, sus archivos, sus recordatorios, sus chats y sus comunicaciones con el propietario.
